Robin Hodges
CEO & Founder
Robin has over 15 years of experience as a specialist assessor in the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) sector and is the driving force behind UDISAS. He designed the original framework for the platform and authored its first content, drawing on a deep understanding of disability support systems, assessment methodology, and regulation. As CEO, Robin leads the project's strategic direction, governance, and partnerships, while also guiding business development and investor engagement. His sector knowledge and leadership have taken UDISAS from concept to a near-market-ready product that remains firmly rooted in user needs.
William Mayor
CTO & Founder
William is responsible for the technology behind UDISAS. With an MSc in Computer and Information Systems Security from UCL and more than 15 years running his own software company, he brings unrivalled expertise in secure, scalable, and accessible system design. He built UDISAS's digital infrastructure and computational matching framework, ensuring the platform is robust, future-proof, and compliant with the highest security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR). William's work ensures UDISAS can deliver at scale across education, employment, and government.
Pip Leaver
COO
Pip oversees operations, compliance, and governance for UDISAS. With extensive experience in organisational change and customer experience transformation, she ensures the project runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets the highest standards. Her operational expertise covers financial management, risk oversight, and regulatory alignment, helping UDISAS grow sustainably while remaining fully compliant. Pip ensures that every milestone is delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Antony Ruck
CCO
Antony leads UDISAS's commercial strategy and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the assistive technology sector. He has held senior leadership roles across the industry, including CEO of Aventido Ltd, Chair of the British Assistive Technology Association, and Co-President of DATEurope. With his extensive network and deep industry knowledge, Antony drives market development, customer engagement, and partnerships. His leadership accelerates UDISAS's adoption, helping us connect with the organisations and individuals who will benefit most.
Jude Schweppe
CMO
Jude shapes the UDISAS brand and marketing strategy. With a background in brand management, creative consultancy, and communication coaching, Jude ensures our value is clearly articulated to individuals, institutions, and stakeholders alike. Working closely with Antony and Aventido, Jude leads our outreach campaigns and creative direction, helping us build strong connections and a trusted identity in the market.
